Mango & Carrot Smoothie

 

 

 

Ingredients: 

 

1/2 c mango, cubed

2 small carrots, steamed and sliced

1 T almond butter

1 cup almond milk

1 pinch cayenne pepper

3 ice cubes

 

Blend everything together until smooth and enjoy!

 

 

** You can use 1/2 c raw carrot juice in substitute for steamed/sliced carrots **
