4 corn tortillas
2 T extra virgin olive oil
Sea Salt, fine
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil (my easy clean up trick!). Lightly brush olive oil on the front and back of the tortillas. Stack them on top of one another and cut into wedges, like a pizza or a pie.
Lay them flat on the baking sheet and spread them out evenly. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven or until edges start to curl and they become lightly golden brown. Take them out of the oven and flip each one. Stick them back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until the golden brown is consistent among all.
