1 watermelon, cubed
1 cup baby mozzarella balls, halved
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Toss watermelon, mozzarella, and basil in large mixing bowl. Spoon out into favorite serving dish.
Heat balsamic over medium high heat. Continue to stir until balsamic reduces about half way and becomes thick. Drizzle over top of watermelon salad. Enjoy!
*Can also leave watermelon salad without balsamic glaze
